Since joining the New York office in 2017, Nicholas Marino has dedicated his practice to civil litigation concentrating on the defense of landlords and contractors in labor law, premises liability, environmental exposure, negligent security and motor vehicle litigation. With a successful track record, he adeptly resolves matters through both trial and mediation.
Matthew Reddy has broad litigation and trial experience with a primary focus in the defense of medical negligence cases. He has successfully tried dozens of cases to verdict, saving his clients millions of dollars in requested damages. Since joining the Chicago office in 2022, he has continued to obtain defense verdicts on behalf of his clients.
Matthew Carlyon has been with the firm in the Chicago office since 2021 and is licensed in Illinois and Nevada. He focuses his practice in the areas of commercial litigation, legal ethics, and insurance litigation. In addition, Matthew provides crucial support to creditors and debtors in Chapter 11 bankruptcy matters and adversary proceedings.
