Foran Glennon Welcomes Three New Attorneys to Insurance and Litigation Practices

Foran Glennon is proud to announce the additions of Andrew Perry, Matthew Carlyon and Anna Nagel in three of the firm’s nine global offices.

Andrew Perry joins the firm’s Denver office as a partner focusing his practice on bankruptcy insurance coverage disputes. Andrew has experience representing financial institutions and corporate clients in default and commercial litigation and advising on compliance matters. He earned his J.D., with honors, from Charlotte School of Law and his B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

As an associate in the Chicago office, Matthew Carlyon focuses his practice in areas of commercial litigation, creditor’s rights, regulatory law, business reorganization, legal ethics and insurance litigation. He is experienced in providing bankruptcy-related litigation assistance to diverse corporate entities and financial institutions and serving as litigation counsel in insurance subrogation matters. Matthew earned his J.D. from the Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and his B.A., with honors, from Columbia College Chicago.

Joining the firm’s New York office as an associate, Anna Nagel concentrates her practice in general litigation. She earned her J.D.  from Fordham University School of Law and her B.A., cum laude, from Stern College for Women.
